We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Bottlebooks, the leading product data management software for the wine and drinks industry. Visitors to New Zealand Wine Week 2021 will have the opportunity to try out the integration in February.

Bottlebooks is the largest global provider of software to events, producers and associations, working across the industry to streamline and standardize the collection and sharing of production information. Their software helps the industry with everything from publishing websites and online directories, to inventory, to creating print collateral and more.

Now through our partnership, you can create digital tasting notes straight from their online directory.

“It was kind of a no-brainer,” said Jonathan Harclerode, Founder and CEO of Bottlebooks. “One of the most requested features that we get is to make tasting notes from an online directory. So it’s a very natural flow from where our software leaves off and their software picks up.”

Here’s how it works

Search and find the wine within Bottlebooks, then click through to directly create a tasting note within the Noteable system. Bottlebooks’ software helps the industry to manage and collect all their data, while Noteable is able to do all the judging, rating or tasting notes.

“The Bottlebooks software is second-to-none in the industry and it’s great that we’re able to integrate our Quick and Profound Tasting Tools with their directories,” said Christina Rind Helsbro, CEO of Noteable. “We’re helping event visitors and the industry taste more effectively.”

Visitors to future events may also receive wines with QR codes attached to launch this process even more smoothly. “In many ways it’s early days, and we’re just super happy to have the integration,” said Harclerode.
